An order is confirmed only once payment has been successfully processed through Razorpay, our payment partner. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order — including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unavailable stock — in which case any amount paid will be refunded.

Delivery timelines shown at checkout or in order updates are estimates provided by our courier partners, not guarantees. ISHWRI is not liable for delays caused by the courier, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Return, Exchange & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

All content on this site — including the ISHWRI name, logo, product photography, and written content — is the property of ISHWRI and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

You agree not to:

To the extent permitted by law, ISHWRI's liability for any claim relating to your order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
