Privacy Policy

Account information — when you sign in with Google or by email, we receive your name and email address (and profile photo, if you sign in with Google).

Order information — when you place an order, we collect your name, phone number, email (optional), and shipping address.

Payment information — payments are processed directly by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI, or bank details — only the order and payment reference IDs Razorpay gives us.

Return/exchange requests — if you request a return or exchange, we collect the reason, your phone number, and any photos you choose to upload as evidence.

Usage information — we collect anonymous pageview and time-on-page data, and an approximate country/region derived from your connection, to understand how the site is used. This is not tied to your name or account.

Cart data — your shopping cart is stored in your browser, not on our servers, and is cleared whenever you sign in, sign out, or switch accounts on a shared device.

• To process and fulfil your orders, including shipping and delivery
• To send order confirmations, shipping updates, and respond to return/exchange requests
• To let you sign in and view your order history
• To improve the site based on aggregate, anonymous usage patterns
• To detect and prevent fraud or abuse

We share information only as needed to run the store:

• Razorpay — to process payments
• Google — if you choose to sign in with a Google account
• Resend — to deliver transactional emails (order confirmations, sign-in links)
• Cloudflare — to store product and return-request images
• Vercel — our hosting provider
• Our shipping/courier partner — your name, phone, and address, to deliver your order

We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in, and your browser's local storage to remember your cart. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

We keep order records for as long as needed to handle returns, warranty, accounting, and tax requirements under Indian law. Account information is kept until you ask us to delete it, subject to the same legal record-keeping requirements.

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or ask what we hold about you, by emailing Ishwri.official@gmail.com. We will respond within a reasonable time, subject to our legal obligation to retain certain order records.

ISHWRI is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.

We take reasonable measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
